Lee Jackson topped the Bennetts British Superbike Championship warm up session at Silverstone this morning for Cheshire Mouldings Kawasaki, holding off Danny Buchan by 0.066s at the chequered flag ahead of today’s two races.
Héctor Barberá was third after a strong session for TAG Honda ahead of yesterday’s race winner Kyle Ryde on the LAMI OMG Racing Yamaha and Jack Kennedy completed the top five on the Mar-Train Yamaha.
It was a tough start to the day for FHO Racing BMW Motorrad team as Peter Hickman crashed out unhurt.
