Leon Haslam topped the final Bennetts British Superbike Championship free practice times for the VisionTrack Kawasaki team, holding a 0.100s edge over FHO Racing BMW’s Peter Hickman at the chequered flag with the leading pair lapping under the existing record.
A strong final last lap moved Glenn Irwin into third for Honda Racing UK, with Kyle Ryde in fourth making it four different teams and manufacturers holding the leading four positions ahead of SUPERPICKS Qualifying.
Jason O'Halloran who set the pace yesterday was fifth fastest, holding off Cheshire Mouldings FS-3 Kawasaki’s Lee Jackson and the Ryan Vickers on the FHO Racing BMW with Attis Sports.
Bradley Ray set the eighth fastest time moving just ahead of Andrew Irwin, whilst Luke Mossey completed the top ten on his debut weekend with the iForce Lloyd and Jones BMW team.
