Kyle Ryde arrives at his home round of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship at Donington Park this weekend aiming for a repeat performance of earlier in the year when he claimed a victory in the eBay Sprint Race.
Ryde currently holds eighth place in the overall standings and has nothing to lose as the championship reaches the penultimate round. A pair of top ten finishes has bolstered his confidence as he bids for a strong end to the season with the Rich Energy OMG Racing Yamaha team.
Ryde said: “The third race at Oulton Park has given me a real shot of confidence ahead of my home round at Donington Park. We had a great result last time there with my first win for RICH Energy OMG Racing Yamaha and I also took my second pole position of the season so I’m looking forward to fighting for the podium places again.
“I have so many happy memories of Donington Park from across my career and I’m determined to make even more alongside Brad and the team.”
