Liam Delves had a strong start to the Donington Park round of the Pirelli National Pirelli Junior Superstock Championship this morning, setting the pace on the JR Performance Racing Kawasaki by just 0.054s to hold off Joe Talbot.
Delves went to the top in the closing moments of the session as Talbot also improved on his final run of laps. That pushed Jack Nixon into third position with Eugene McManus and Kade Verwey completing the top five.
