Defending Ducati Tri-Options Cup Champion Josh Day took pole position in a damp qualifying session at Cadwell Park by 0.731 from Craig Neve and fans favourite Chris ‘Stalker’ Walker.
A short flurry of rain minutes before the 25-minute session caused a headache for all the riders, and with it continuing to fall it meant everyone would switch to wets. It was local man Craig Neve who made all the early running, leading the session from the start, but with ten minutes to go that all changed.
Defending Champion Day put in the fastest lap to grab top spot, with Walker putting in a strong enough time to round out the front row.
