Reigning champion Josh Day will start from pole position for the opening race of the Ducati TriOptions Cup at Donington Park tomorrow, setting the pace in qualifying by 0.588s.
Day had been untroubled at the top of the times and he will be joined on the front row by Elliott Pinson, despite a crash in qualifying. Ed Best will complete the front row of the grid, edging out David Shoubridge.
Seb Bulpin completed the top five in qualifying despite a crash at the midpoint of the session.
