Paasch takes two-part Motostar victory at Donington!

Brandan Paasch took a step closer to collecting his first British title, after taking victory in a two-part second race at Donington Park from Josh Whatley and Scott Swann.

It was Josh Whatley who made the best of starts, grabbing the hole shot from the lights with Nixon, Durham, Jones and Passch closely behind.

Drama then unfolded on the second lap with title fighter Asher Durham crashing out of the race at Old Hall corner, as he hunted down the leader.

Whatley’s lead then increased further as Jones crashed out of second place, the very next lap after setting the fastest time of the race. Rain then started to fall causing a holt to proceedings.

The re-start was run over six laps, and it was Passch who took the victory from Whatley after an epic battle at the front, with Scott Swann rounding out the podium.
