Kennedy takes sixth Supersport victory at Knockhill!

Integro Yamaha’s Jack Kennedy collected his sixth Dickies British Supersport victory of the season at Knockhill, holding off Brad Jones on the final lap with Lee Johnston third.

It was Brad Jones who made the best of starts and grabbed the holeshot, with him and his teammate quickly clearing off at the front of the wet race.

Jones led the way until half race distance where Kennedy found his way past and started to pull a gap, and the battle behind between Seeley and Sam Munro behind for third started to heat up.

And it certainly did when with two laps remaining Munro went to pass Seeley on the inside but lost the front-end and collided with the Championship leader, taking him out of the race.

It was then left for Kennedy to control the race until the flag, holding off Jones for his sixth victory of the season. Lee Johnston benefited from the incident between Seeley and Munro to grab the final podium spot.
