Donington Park marked the first R&G Official Test of the season ahead of the 2026 ZYN British Superbike Championship; here is how the support class sessions looked after the opening two days on track.
Quattro Group British Supersport Championship:
Jack Kennedy lead the times ahead of Honda Racing UK teammate Dean Harrison by 0.460s as he bids to extend his stat of the most successful rider in the championship in 2026. The McAMS Yamaha R9 debuted in third and fourth places on combined times with Harry Truelove leading Ben Currie, with Oliver Barr completing the top five for Binch Pro Ducati.
R&G Moto4 British Cup:
Jack Dunabie topped the times in the opening R&G Moto4 British Cup action of 2026 for the Kovara Projects / RS Racing team, with a 0.437s advantage over Ryan Frost with Harrison Day completing the top three. Jack Burrows and Clayton Edmonds held top five positions.
Pirelli National Superstock Championship:
Declan Connell had a strong start for the Rapid Honda with Drivelife team, topping the times from Ash Beech on the James Dorling Racing BMW, who split the teammates. Ash Barnes was third fastest on the times, ahead of Kam Dixon and Lewis Rollo who made his debut with the Motorrad Central Edinburgh By MLav Racing team.
1pMobile Junior Sportbike National Championship:
Isaac Mark had a strong start to the season with Team SBR powered by DKS Drilling to top the times from Ben Jolliffe on the Dunsley Heat Racing Yamaha, whilst Henry Ross completed the top three after the opening test. Marley Mackenzie for Kirkcaldy Kawasaki and ROKiT Rookies Rory Creith completed the top five.
Pirelli British Sportbike Championship:
Aprilia IN Competition Racing’s Alfie Davidson topped the combined times by 0.228s in the Pirelli British Sportbike Championship ahead of Cameron Dawson. Harley McCabe held third place, ahead of Adon Davie with former Superstock champion Alastair Seeley completing the top five.
ROKiT OFF BMW F 900 R Cup:
Bobby Varey set the pace on the combined times for the ROKiT OFF BMW F 900 R Cup at the R&G Official Test, holding off Dave Grace and Alex Pearson who held top three positions. Rob McNealy and Jack Tynan completed the leading five riders.
