Reigning champion Kyle Ryde topped the Bennetts British Superbike Championship warm up session at Donington Park this morning as the OMG Nitrous Competitions Racing Yamaha rider held a 0.448s advantage ahead of Max Cook on the AJN Steelstock Kawasaki.
Charlie Nesbitt was third fastest for MasterMac Honda, edging out Glenn Irwin and Leon Haslam, ahead of today’s two races on the Grand Prix circuit.
Peter Hickman was sixth as he returned to the track after his heavy crash in race one on the LEW 8TEN Racing BMW Motorrad, ahead of John McPhee and Rory Skinner. Bradley Ray and Josh Brookes completed the top ten.
