The Close Print Finance Honda team made the step up to the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship for the 2010 season in the BSB Evo class.

The team progressed to the series from the Fuchs-Silkolene British Supersport Championship; the team competed in selected races last season with Fitzpatrick regularly finishing in the top eight and only failing to finish once.

In 2008 Fitzpatrick and the team sealed the Fuchs-Silkolene British Supersport Cup title, securing ten podiums in as many rounds with eight wins and two second places. The title win came a season after Fitzpatrick and the team finished runner-up in the Cup in 2007.

The team previously raced in the National Superstock 1000 Championship for three seasons after joining the BSB paddock following appearances in AMA and various club races. In 2006 the team had a luckless year, with mechanical woes and a heavy crash which forced Fitzpatrick out for the remainder of the season despite a positive 2006 season when the team finished fourth.

The team return for 2011 in the Evo class and are looking to build on their debut season and are now seeking title success with Fitzpatrick.
