Pre-season Thoughts
My recovery is coming along well now and I keep building up and moving forward all the time. It started when I came out of hospital in July and to begin with it was hard work to even walk down the street and it was rock bottom. Since then I have chipped away and been building up, the trauma my body took just meant it was like starting from scratch. However after the past five months the doctors have already said that it has been a remarkable recovery and so I want to continue that in preparation for when we begin testing.
