Kennedy grabs Assen pole by 0.494!

Dickies British Supersport Championship leader Jack Kennedy has taken pole position by 0.494 at Assen, with Ben Currie second and Alastair Seeley third!

It was Seeley who made all the early running, with Kennedy chasing down the time set by the EHA Racing man.

Seeley held the pole position with just five minutes remaining, but then Kennedy jumped ahead by 0.494, posting a 1:38.784 which was good enough to give him the pole position.

Championship contender Ben Currie sits in the middle of the front row, with Seeley third. It’s an all Yamaha second row with EHA Racing’s David Allingham fourth, James Rispoli fifth and Kyle Ryde sixth.
