Honda British Talent Cup back in testing action with O’Gorman fastest

Casey O’Gorman led the Honda British Talent Cup field at the official test at Silverstone, edging out Charlie Farrer and Eddie O’Shea as the contenders continued to switch places for the leading position at the top of the timesheet on the National circuit.

O’Shea was leading the way for Davies Motorsport at lunchtime by just 0.053s from O'Gorman with Farrer in close contention as the riders and teams returned to action for the first time since the Jerez test in March.

The final session of the day saw the positions throughout the field regularly changing as Corey Tinker and Bailey Stuart-Campbell edged into the top five as Evan Belford held a top six placing ahead of Harry Claridge, who had been fourth fastest in the morning session.

James Cook, Harrison Crosby and Ryan Hitchcock completed the top ten at the end of the official test as the teams gear up for the opening round of the season at Donington Park in August.
