Booth-Amos wins thrilling second British Motostar encounter!

Tom Booth-Amos has made it two wins in a row here at Brands Hatch, winning an enthralling Hel Performance British Motostar race. It was Storm Stacey who grabbed the holeshot, however the young rider’s race was cut short when he tumbled out of the lead at Paddock Hill. Richard Kerr led for the opening few laps before Booth-Amos took over the lead on lap six. Maintaining his position at the front, Booth-Amos was under pressure from a fast-charging Jake Archer, who took over the lead on lap 17 before setting the fastest lap of the race a lap later.

Making the best path through the backmarkers, Booth-Amos was able to slice back into the lead to claim his third win of the season with Archer in second and Eugene McManus in third. In the Standard class, it was Max Cook who took the victory ahead of Thomas Strudwick and Cameron Horsman.
