Snetterton race circuit underwent a major redevelopment over the winter of 2010 with the track transformed to become one of the best in the UK through a combination of rider exhilaration, spectator entertainment and safety.

The 3-mile Snetterton 300 incorporated a completely new infield section of approximately 1 mile integrated with a revised version of the original Snetterton circuit.  Snetterton 300 is the newest circuit in the UK and the second longest in the country, and has been designed as an international circuit.

The first historic visit to the Snetterton 300 saw John Hopkins claim the first win from Tommy Hill and Shane 'Shakey' Byrne as the trio continued to push for the podium credits.

In race two Hill crashed out on the opening lap after colliding with Kiyo, however the HM Plant Honda went on to win the second race as Byrne and Hopkins pushed each other wide. Josh Brookes celebrated a podium finish for the first time with the Relentless Suzuki by TAS team in second with Hopkins able to salvage third.
