G&S Racing set for a return to the grid with trio of contenders

The G&S Racing team will return to both the Pirelli National Superstock 1000 and 600 Championships next season, after sitting out this year’s series.

The Staffordshire based team return to the racing paddock next year with the same three rider line up of Kevin Keyes, TJ Toms and Milo Ward.

Keyes will continue his progression in the 600 class while Toms will make the step up to the 1000 class alongside Milo Ward who remains with the team for his fourth consecutive year, with the pair campaigning the new 2021 ZX-10RR in the 1000 class, which the team hope to take delivery of within the next few weeks.

Keyes said: “I’m extremely excited and eager to get back on track with G&S Racing in 2021 after what felt like an eternity off the bike with missing the 2020 season. I’m really looking forward to getting back on the bike at our first test after a year out, but I’m not worried about that as I have a strong team around me and I’ve also been riding a lot of motocross and pit biking so it’s not as if I’ve been off a bike totally.

“I just want to thank G&S Racing Kawasaki for sticking by us riders throughout this tough time and continuing to support us into 2021. I also want to give a huge shout out to all my personal sponsors who has stayed with me going into 2021.”

Ward said: “2021 is the year that 2020 should have been! I honestly cannot wait to return to the team and back to the championship after taking the year out from racing in 2020. G&S Racing supported the decision all the way and we started our plan for 2021 early.

“Now with the brand new 2021 Kawasaki ZX10RR at our disposable, it looks like we shall be able to pick right up from where we left off in 2019. I’m super excited to get back with the team and back where we belong, speeding down some tarmac! As always, a massive thank you to the team sponsors and to my personal sponsors for all the support through 2020 and into 2021.”

Toms added: “I am really excited to be making the step up to the Superstock 1000 class. I have been training extremely hard, feel confident and ready for the change. I feel that this is a step in the right direction towards being in the superbike class! I want to thank G&S Racing for giving me this opportunity and all my sponsors for making it possible.”
